Hired Attorney

Working with Adam was a great experience. We hired Adam to handle my sister's car accident case. He was able to persuade the opposing party to fulfill their responsibilities, which they were originally trying to avoid. Adam resolved our case in a timely and professional manner. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of work and the knowledge that Adam provided. I would recommend him to my friends and family and would gladly hire him again.

Hired Attorney

Adam is a nice guy but a terrible attorney. He gives a know-it-all-lawyer impression, but he just talks the talk and fails to walk the walk. Hired him in an employment case against the CA State. Adam lost the case. He was a no show at a pre-hearing conference. During the admin hearing, problems surfaced: No objections raised to out of statute accusations; The ALJ couldn’t understand the affirmative defenses Adam wrote; Witness list with information wasn’t presented to the respondent causing all witnesses exclusion; Affirmative defense for disparate treatment not presented; failure to request full discovery of documents; failure to challenge certain charges that were added by an HR person on a whim; poor questioning of the respondent’s witnesses. Adam failed to fight for his client. I would have done a better job defending myself. Adam failed to request a rehearing. I will NOT recommend Adam to anyone. I wish I fired him early on.
