My daughter was arrested. The Herrings were able to get her into Pre Trial intervention. When she did not complete the program, they went back into court with her and got her sentence reduced to time served and probation. Better result that we expected under the circumstances. First of all, in this day and age, it's nearly impossible to find a representative in this line of work with actual compassion and insight into unique situations, that is generated separate but alongside the paycheck.
