I have used the services of the Ault Firm for multiple cases, and every time I have been treated like I was their most important client. The services they have provided me with have always been above and beyond my expectations, and have always received the most positive outcomes in the courtroom. I have referred multiple people to the Ault Firm and every single person that I have referred have always told me that they would always go back to the Ault Firm if they needed any More help.
I hired Chris and his team to represent me in a custody fight and relocation. They always gave me a realistic View of what was going on in my case and my chances of success. Ultimately my wife and I were able to relocate with my son over whom we were fighting. I was always able to communicate with someone at the Ault firm, they always return calls and emails promptly, sometimes even at 7 or 8 at night, and I was never concerned that i didn't know what was going on, they kept me well informed.
I hired Chris and his team to help me with a custody and relocation issue. I was always kept informed of what was going on and given my chances of success, it was close and I knew that going. Ultimately my wife and I were able to move with my son. I am so thankful that's Chris and Josh and Marilyn and everyone else kept me so informed throughout the case that I never had to wonder what was going on because I always knew. I even sometimes would get phone calls from Chris at 7 or 8 o'clock.
I have worked with Chris and some of his other associates several times on issues ranging from custody and divorce to corporations and trust issues. I have always found them to be reasonably priced, responsive, and true to their word of treating the client as an individual as opposed to a number. I have recommended the Ault Firm to friends and family and will continue to do so. I have worked with other lawyers and have found Chris and his team at the Ault Firm to be the best attorneys for me. They don’t run the bill up needlessly, they accomplish my goals, or tell me why I’m not being reasonable, but most importantly, they talk to me when I need to talk to them.
The lawyers at the Ault Firm have been wonderful to work with, kept me updated, and have been very affordable!
I am not sure who these other reviews worked with, but I have recently hired the Ault firm for my daughters divorce. The consultation with Christopher was great, but his associates not so much. I initially talked to one associate who assured me that she was going to work hard on our case...never heard from her again, no response to messages left. Then we get contacted by another associate, talked to him a couple times and then no response to any messages. Not even updates on how the case is going or where its at. Its very frustrating to pay as much as we are and to not have the communication I think we should get.
They treated us like a case number. Our lawyer Keil was super slow at responding, he never spoke up in court for us like we asked. He charged us for services he failed to provide. He laughed at us when we would bring up costs. He was unprofessional and lazy. I would never recommend them. We spoke with Christopher, the firms owner, and he backs up his lawyer and just said we don't have to represent you. They don't care about anything except your money. HORRIBLE FIRM! We had to fire them and found better representation. They won't get another dime from us.
I hired Christopher Ault for a relocation case back in November. Three weeks after I hired him I no longer needed his services because the relocation wasn't taking place. I have since been trying to get the remainder of my retainer fee back with no success. I have called the office several times and either no one calls me back or I'm given the run around. I asked for an invoice of the services provided and was told that I could not have one. I don't know any legitimate business that will not give you an invoice for the services they have provided to you. I would strongly recommend not using this law firm.
