Hired her in 2022. This person is a scammer. I had to sub attorney given her lack of action and terrible conduct. When I substituted her, she refused to turn over the case fike This cost me even more money snd hurt my case Just a terrible human being. Check the CA state bar. Many, many complaints!!!
Do not hire this attorney or you will be very sorry! She is a thief and will play you like a fiddle. You'd be better off lighting your money on fire. She stole my retainer by over-billing intentionally. After less than 4 months, I filed for a substitution of attorney after she wouldn't provide me with regular statements as her retainer agreement promised and she made no headway on my case. I was awarded $8,000 back by the CA state bar after mediation was pursued via mandatory fee arbitration after fighting for it over 1.5 years. She is under investigation by the state bar of CA for unethical practices and there is an ongoing case at this current time still. Do not be fooled by her fancy website. They also have automatic responses they send out via email and text that make you believe they are actually working your case.
