I used Jill for mediation with my now ex-husband. Mediation is supposed to involve only communicating with both parties; however, Jill didn't talk with me and recommended my ex-husband use a divorce attorney in her office. I didn't know we moved out of mediation until I was contacted by her colleague. I definitely wouldn't recommend her for mediation, and found her lack of communication was unprofessional.
Jill is the antithesis of Alicia Florick. She is unresponsive, unprepared and does not know the law. She left me and my children homeless and without the ability to support myself and my kids. She is clever and manipulative, but uses those skills to separate you from your money rather than to assist you with your case. No one likes to admit to being taken-but she did so effectively.
