Hired Attorney David Farling

I felt he really did not take time to consider the ramification and impact my injuries affect my life. I was unable to go upstairs with out pain, we lived upstairs and were forced to movie. Unable to afford comparable housing in CA we moved to LV. Less then a year later is when the economy went to hell. A settlement more in keeping with the chaos the move force on us would have made life easier to cope with.

Hired Attorney Roger Hecht

A DISASTER to hire Roger Hecht. He is Negligent, unprofessional, rude, terrible at settling cases. He gossips a lot!! He does NOT return calls, nor communicates, he constantly delays all "necessary" filings, resulted in me losing my cases. He's never prepared, demands for same info over and over, and to get paid large$$ for no work! His staff are Hostile and they actually order him around!! which makes him so incompetent, totally unfit and strange!! I would NEVER hire nor recommend him, EVER!!
