Dan Pyne represented me, as a business owner, in an employment theft of clients case. I learned the hard way, that my case never had a chance. But, Mr. Pyne never suggested that, instead he went on to bilk me for over $100,000 of billings. And, it's not just that, but how he did it. First he billed me for over $50,000 in legal fees, though got my ex-employee to pay a settlement of $30,000. (A loss, but not too bad and lesson learned). But then my ex-employee filed a claim, that the $30,000 was not justified. (Even though Pyne had purportedly settled the matter, in the prior case. But, unfortunately Pyne left open an issue, that at the time of the prior settlement, he said not to worry about). So, for this case #2 for $30K, Pyne said it would cost less to defend and we were on solid ground to win.
