Mr. Abid Aziz won our legal case against our previous landlord who had falsely accused us of everything under the sun once she had found out we were suing her for numerous housing code violations. One of the biggest lies that she had told was that we never paid rent while we were living at her rental property. Albeit her grandiose lies caught up to her once Mr. Aziz had called her out on her false allegations during the legal deposition. As an opposing lawyer Mr. Aziz failed in his fiduciary duties with SETTL and lack of pr ethics. I had a dispute with my tenant. During mediation we reached a SETTL. Aziz was tenant’s lawyer. Per SETTL I wired the funds to Aziz’s trust account on 9/25. The SETTL 1/3 of amount to be distributed to tenant on 9/25. The balance was to be distributed to tenant vacating the property on 10/1 with CND the premises be broom clean. Due to my lawyer’s vacation, he twice wrote to Aziz prior his dep that Aziz has to wait for my approval after final check before he can release the balance on 10/1. On final check it was found that tenant left not only a very dirty house but also SGFNT damage. I wrote to Aziz right away and sent all info of damaged house, told him not to release balance funds until repairs was finalized.My lawyer sent the cost to Aziz on 10/12. Aziz replied tenant disagrees to pay $2xxx. In all Aziz completely ignored my lawyer's instruction and he was not supposed to release the fund
