Traci and her team got me through the toughest time of my life. I was beaten down after what my employer did to me. She was way cool. She listened, like really friggin listened. I had called a bunch of firms and no one would take the time to hear me. Then, I found her team. Michelle, was kind and made sure my story got to Traci. I worked with her whole team. Ashleigh was compassionate and never said i was too much, even though I am sure I was at times. Traci would not take no for an answer when it came to giving the other side what they really deserved. I had really thought i was living in this crazy nightmare that I would wake up from and then i did and found myself terminated. Traci and her team brought me my dignity back. I cannot thank them enough. I do not know if i would feel strong enough to even apply with other places with out them supporting me. Thank you. Amazeballs.
