For some unknown reason, he failed to review the reverent file regarding our meeting. He corrected his error only during a subsequent meeting. To add insult to injury he nevertheless billed us for the first meeting. I chose not to raise the issue since it was too much trouble to consult a different counsel. Given his high hourly rarte of $800, he should be prepared.
