Diana McFadden represents employers across industries in labor and employment matters. She has experience advocating for clients in administrative, state, and federal courts, with a focus on charges and complaints brought pursuant to accusations of discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, denial of accommodation and leaves, and PAGA violations.
Diana also counsels companies of various sizes, from small startups to large corporations, on employee handbooks, employment contracts, severance agreements, and other business matters.

Representative Matters
• Defended one of the largest non-hospital-based physician groups in the Midwest against claims by a former physician. Obtained a full defense jury verdict following a 5-day jury trial in Marion Superior Court Commercial Court. Plaintiff, a physician who departed the practice, was seeking millions of dollars in his 10-count complaint, including claims of forgery, counterfeiting, deception, identity deception, unfair competition, negligence, negligence misrepresentation, and defamation.°
