Terrible communicator. Very condenseding towards me, the paying client. Uses intimidation. The office staff and him condtradict each other in the information they give me which leads me to believe someone is NOT on the up and up! He holds information he does not want me to get. Blamed me for not turning in information to him because he didn't do his job correctly, but I have proof to the contrary and he doesn't want to hear it. It's a lot of "he said, she said" with him. Very uncomfortable.
He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He lied to me about his mistakes and bad advice and when I told him there was a transcript proving his lie, he changed his story without apologizing but agreed to refund most my money. Still, he was dishonest and untrustworthy. My case was simple and he made it a difficult nightmare.
Most shocking, when I mentioned where I work, he made a rude and sexually suggestive comment about underage Brazilian girls there.
