Settled a $400 million lawsuit against the City of Los Angeles and the Port of Los Angeles involving the dismantling and dissolution of a petroleum coke terminal.
Lead Counsel in a novel False Claims Act case that obtained $76.25 million in recoveries, based upon allegations of price fixing for carbon fiber.
Served as co-lead counsel for a nationwide class action alleging price fixing of chemicals. The case settled for over $33 million after four years of intense litigation.
Attained approval of an $18 million settlement as Class co-Counsel in a medical price-fixing case.
Lead trial counsel that secured $200 million jury verdict finding 12,600 violations of the Federal False Claims Act claim.
Successfully obtained $4.5 million dollar jury award against a national bank on claims of defamation and interference with contractual relations.
