I had to have emergency brain surgery to have a grapefruit size tumor, so I missed going to San Diego. When this was explained to my lawyer, I heard absolutely nothing. When I explained I could NOT drive to San Diego, Maria Nunez was not nice to me at all. She made me feel guilty, although I had sent a letter from my primary care physician before hand explaining my inability to drive. There was NO return email, or any talk whatsoever. My surgery was in August, 24th 2010 in Phoenix Arizona.
