The team at KDG was the best to help in a very difficult situation.
Bankruptcy attorney we used -- and who is now a partner -- kept advising that "he had never seen this or that before." "He'd have to look that up." Bankruptcy Trustee ran all over him and he didn't protect our rights or try very hard to get our proposed plan(s) approved. We wound up voluntarily dismissing case and we personally negotiated with creditors to pay them off and have completed 95% of this effort. We're still paying for him and he was NOT worth any penny, let along every penny.
I called Mr. Findley's offices twice and was told each time that he or his secretary was out to lunch and they would call me back. I never got a call back. My neighbor recommended that I use him for our estate planning as he lived across the street from him. He is either not getting his messages delivered to him by his secretary, or he has so much business that he doesn't need any more.
