- Continue to use electronic communication. I like that we could use email vs me having to find a fax machine every time I needed to send something.
- Constructive feedback..try offering flat fees, or do a more thorough estimate in the beginning. The retainer collected up front only covered 50% of the work...still worth the money, just would have been nice to know in the beginning.
