https://www.prlog.org/13052280.html Fraud Letter admits Lawyer Seth Rafkin, J. Bogue This attorney is toolerized by ethical misconduct on all levels. In so much Jennifer McGuire Bogue is in essence prostitutionalizing the legal arena between herself and her counterparts. Along with partner Alan Seth Rafkin they both missed on a close call by New York Chief Justice Chen in Foster vs Gildred where Justice Chen Stopped short of an “expletive”, live court “ I swear if this comes up again I will PERSONALLY report you (Seth and Jennifer) to the deciplinary committee” the quote lifted from court reporter transcripts by Senior Court reporter Tal Hann. Both attorneys were caught by jury duty master and immediately reported for the conduct of “Jury Tampering”. They were both lawyers were in a private room with Tom Gildred A San Diego CPA with stunning access to public information and data reasonably effecting jurors being selected. They were overlooked jurors application. Bad lawyers.

Hired Attorney Ms. Jennifer Bogue

The attorney in question and her partner persuade us into filing a discrimination over gender lawsuit against an employer. Promised us that we will not loose our job and we won't have to pay any legal fees. We both lost our jobs and their firm have billed us over $13,00.00 in less than 3 years since the case began. They are in our opinion compassionate thieves who convinced their clients of something they want to believe its true when in fact it isn't. They accept multiple inquiries and treat clients as if they are chances to win a lottery ticket Once signs begin to show they've out of luck the duo attorneys begins to bill their clients for what was initially free litigation. A couple (claims say was bogus lawsuit) tom and Carolina gilded (http://carolinagildred.com) after which the attorney due is unable to provide their original affirmation for a bill of costs leaving the client as willingly unintelligent. These attorneys should immediately STOP Lying to their clients.
