Hired Attorney Mr. Gregory Rubens

He worked through some sticky issues that I had with my late husband's estate involving his son who was to receive only a limited amount of funds per month, and he helped me get some of this son's assets to pay for past child support. Additionally, he went to court to put the family home back into our estate because when we refinanced the house several years before it was taken out of the trust and inadvertently not put back in.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
