Welmaker assured me that they would help me with a lawsuit to gain payment of my medical bills and provide me with their physical therapist who was on their staff at the time that the doctor prescribed therapy. After several months of nothing being done, they wrote a letter telling me that they decided not to take my case. As a result, I am personally paying my medical bills as a result of my fracturing my left ankle on merchandise in a store aisle AND did not recieve the therapy they promised
