Buck was happy to take my money and promise outstanding ethical service but alas, I had to fire him for inflating his invoices. In addition, there were several instances where he dropped the ball. Ironically, on the day I fired him, after confronting him with his inflated invoice (which he was forced to refund $1,600 only b/c I had phone bills to disprove his charges) he gave me responses to discovery that had sent months ago yet he and his office didn't even know they had not been produced.

When I see anything positive for this attorney , it has to be the most basic , simple case with a more incompetent lawyer than Kevin on the opposing side. I would of had way better of a chance representing myself. I don’t want anyone else making the same mistake. If you care about your kids , please steer clear of this attorney. Also had billing issues like that other client along with the ball being constantly dropped.
