I hired Ruben Flores July 2019. I went in and paid full amount in cash. By October 15, 2019 we went before a judge and to sign agreement for final orders. I got the runaround for a 18 months. I was back and forth between Ruben and Albert saying that my paperwork was being worked on to I sent it. I was never called, text, or reach out to by them. It was always me calling asking and given the runaround. Albert who worked for him was extremely rude, and abusive on the phone. I was yelled at, told to shut up, and always talked over. My paper work was never filled or in to the clerks office. Everytime I called I was asked for my number and email as if they were going to contact me. Eventually Ruben stopped answering my calls and never responded to text. This has caused so much problems in my life. So many times I am supposed see my kids I don't, they moved and I don't know where they're at. They have been hospitalized and can't see them because I don't have completed paperwork.
