Hired Attorney Mr. Raul Villarreal

*Warning* Save your money and don't hire this man. He will sabotage your guardianship case and doesn't return phone calls. He wouldn't even go look at my fathers file at the probate clerks office after I told him I had just left from there where I saw and took pics of 3 separate documents that incorrectly listed my father as deceased. My father isn't dead. Although now, I strongly believe he already knew that information and that having my father listed as deceased made it easier for outside family members to step in and sell off my fathers properties and business. Since then, good reputable attorneys have warned me about Mr. Raul X. Villarreal. Only wish I had known he was a horrible attorney prior to hiring him for the guardianship. Strangers have my father and now he's full blown dementia and wouldn't know me even I could see him again. Thank you Raul ...just know there's a special place for people like you when your time comes.

Hired Law Firm

Villarreal has been appointed as attorney and guardian ad litem for a loved one. She claims he has been lying and filing groundless pleadings in bad faith during the guardianship proceedings. She also insisted that he has willfully ignored her living will and testimont and refused to interview those in her support network, including her primary care doctor. These allegations were cooberated by three separate witness.
