Working with Michael De La Garza was great and easy. He helped me get full custody of my son and also helped my husband adopt my son. He always kept us in the loop with everything. What I really was impressed by was how Mr. De La Garza told us what to expect when we went to court. That was really amazing. I would definitely recommend. My son-in-law referred us to Michael. He and his ex negotiated releasing geographic restriction. My son-in-law had no representation, but Michael negotiated a fair deal for all. So we gave him a try for my boyfriend who's ex took off out of town and left 1 of the 3 children behind with neighbors. He ended up negotiating getting custody of 1 child, lowering child support payments, catching up on arrears and enforcing geo restriction between bexar and nueces county. We got everything we wanted!

Mr. De la Garza was ready to represent at a moments notice & went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and representation in court. Because of his knowledge, expertise and easygoing manner, he made what would normally be a stressful, convoluted process a very smooth & pleasant experience and his fees were very reasonable. As a pro-se petitioner, I was jerked around at the court house and had to find an attorney to get my decree signed. Michael helped me by meeting me within 30 minutes of my call, drafted a motion and was divorced in 2hours. It wasn't just the timeliness of his assistance. It was the humble personality and the sincere kindness that was a joy to have him there. Thank you, Michael! I appreciate you so much!

Michael did a great job! He went above and beyond the call of duty. Our family couldn't be more happy. Brandon Wong his associate helped with the custody case and Michael De la Garza helped with the step-parent adoption. Michael took over my case from another attorney. My divorce and custody case was being represented in a way that could and would have been overturned, and was just a giant train wreck. Michael caught and addressed every problem and addressed it quickly and diligently. He went above and beyond for me, and got an amazing order handed down. He was there for every question, concern and freak out. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone.
