Mr. Hernandez was prompt in returning my calls and always scheduled me in for office visit when I requested. He knew the law in the areas I retained him, and was able to predict outcome of case in advance. He was a tough negotiator for me.
This old man is dishonest and as crooked as they come. He took my money and provided zero services in return. He sent his incompetent assistant without notification to defend me in court and she had ZERO knowledge about my case. She was ill advised and incompetent. He also kept my retainer $$$$ from a separate child custody case after I terminated his poor services. He never issued a refund for zero services done on that case. He’s a crooked human being.
