I'm no expert when it comes to getting divorced, but I can honestly say that I felt totally comfortable with Agatha Rode representing me in this difficult situation. She, along with her assistant, always informed and were upfront about everything that was going to happen during the case. Agatha is a phenomenal and brilliant attorney! She was the third attorney I hired to handle my ongoing dispute with my ex-husband, who was taking me to court for the fourth time. I wish I would have hired her from the beginning and I could have saved a lot of stress and money. She not only got me additional time with my children, but pressed to ensure my ex-husband is responsible for paying the child support he should, travel costs, and he even paid for my court costs.
