In the end though I got answers and everything taken care of. I was able to go to the doctor and I got some of my lost wages. Because the person's policy was a small one the atty fees were taken down so that it helped me more.

WAS REARENDED IN MVA TOTALED MY CAR.. AFTER RACKING UP $26,000 IN MEDICAL BILLS HIS OFFICE WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET ME $1200 FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING. THE INSURANCE COMPANY ONLY PAID $17000 NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO COVER MY MEDICAL BILLS, BUT THEY GOT "REDUCTIONS" IN MY BILLS. JUST NOT HAPPY WITH THE MONEY PORTION. EVERYONE WAS VERY KIND.
