I met Mr Burns during a mediation February 2023. First off he called me a 49 year old black man “Boy” numerous times. He called me the N Word, & made racially inflammatory, & intimidating statements during the mediation. Keep in mind that I actually paid to be ethnically & racially intimidated not to show up to court because I wouldn’t get justice because I’m black. He also said insurance companies don’t negotiate with black people like me. Hopefully this review gets posted & racist attorneys like this get exposed.
