"It might not be the biggest case in the world, but to one person it’s the only case in the world." This statement is her true belief and approach to her clients' cases; each of her cases is of great importance to her and she works diligently to secure the best outcome possible for her clients.
From an early age, Diana knew she wanted to become a lawyer. She double majored, receiving her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology and Political Science in 2009 from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, TX. During her undergraduate studies, she studied abroad in Cyprus, Greece, and Turkey working with diplomats. She enjoyed being active in the community volunteering with San Antonio Metropolitan Ministries. After completing her undergraduate studies, she took a leap of faith and moved to Milwaukee, WI to attend law school. In 2012, she received her law degree with a focus in Litigation from Marquette University. During law school she interned for a federal district judge in Laredo, TX and for local and state government offices in Madison and Milwaukee, WI. She became part of a pro bono society and the Hispanic Law Student Association, for which she served as both Secretary and President. After completing Law School, she was licensed in Wisconsin in 2012 and returned to Texas and began her career assisting people who have been injured. Diana was licensed to practice in Texas in 2013. She has assisted clients throughout the State of Texas and the US in various capacities including Social Security Disability, Special Education Advocacy, and Personal Injury. She has worked on cases of motor vehicle collision, premise liability, and dog bites advocating for just resolutions for her clients from prelitigation to trial.
In addition to being a lawyer, she enjoys welding, decorating, spending time with friends and family, traveling and outdoor activities like hiking and camping.
