I hired Charlie to take care of a ticket he took my money, I never heard anything back from him I called him several times with no response, he always had an excuse that he was just getting out of court ,wasn't in the office yet ,or they would call me back I eventually asked for my money back, ask for an email. I was refused an email so that I could write a letter asking for my money back.Do not hire this attorney unless you just want to give your money away he's extremely unprofessional ,zero courtesy ,terrible customer service ,the only reason I gave him one star is because that's the only option. For anyone that would like to get their money back from this attorney or any attorney because they are unprofessional simply write them a letter either through correspondence or through email and make sure that you call the bar association .if they do not respond within 7 Days call the bar association back and it will be taken care of.
