Aldrich Law Firm, PLLC is a law firm established in 2011 with an office in San Antonio, TX. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing aged and aging, elder law, elder abuse and 60 other areas of law.
Mr. Aldrich was a joy to work with. He carefully explained all of the processes of probate and what he would do to help me with the process. He acted in a timely fashion, completed all of the necessary paperwork for the court and submitted it. The whole process went smoothly even though the process takes a long time to grind through the court, approximately nine months. Any questions I had, he thoroughly explained giving me all of my options. Every probate has with it special circumstances that require gentle handling. Mr. Aldrich is an expert at dealing with these situations.
My wife and I decided to get serious about estate planning after our second child was born and through a brief internet search and a phone call, I was able to get us an appointment with Serena Aldrich practically immediately. Mrs. Aldrich is clearly a talented lawyer, but there are plenty of talented lawyers in San Antonio. Where Serena Aldrich excels is her personal style and communication. Mrs. Aldrich corrected several misunderstandings I had about the world of estate planning without causing me to become defensive or insulted and offered great advice based on her expertise. She seems to have what Dave Ramsey calls "the heart of a teacher". That is, she wanted my wife and I to get the help we needed while teaching us how she was helping us. Plus, she's just a nice person in general. Our documents were provided quickly and I feel much more confident in my family's future now after working with Mrs. Aldrich. I cannot recommend The Aldrich Law Firm enough.
Russell helped me probate my mom's will after she passed away. He helped me fulfill all of the duties that are required for an executor of an estate. He is very knowledgable about probate law, responsive to questions, and affordable. I will definitely use him in the future if the need arises.
