I worked with Wamsley and Associates for my divorce and they were excellent. They took the time to get to know me, my unique situation, and make sure they were educating me and doing the best thing for me and my family. They were thorough and resourceful. I have had the opportunity to refer friends to this team and am glad I have a trusted team to send others to. If I need to in the future, I look forward to working with this team knowing they will fight for my best interest!

I worked with Brock Wamsley for a large speeding ticket. I was in a bad situation because of the timing of my court date and he grabbed the reigns and took over for me. He explained there may not be much that could be done due to the amount I was over the limit. I moved forward with him and he was able to work an incredible plea bargain for me. This is the second speeding ticket we have had outstanding results from working with Wamsley & Associates. I highly recommend them to fight your speeding battles!

What if your lawyer waived you off when you are about to respond to a judge's request as to who will be testifying in the court hearing that day? Consider also that Wamsley told me one thing but said something else on the same matter to others -- or me -- on at least three other occasions (there are words to fit that definition, aren't there?). I do not in any form or fashion recommend Brent Wamsley to be your legal counsel. I say this even though the hearing was two-and-a-half weeks ago.

Incredibly disappointing consult. Wamsley acted homophobic during the consult. Refused to shake hands with my wife or myself, didn’t introduce himself, spoke down to us and made snide comments regarding our interest in creating a trust only because of Suze Orman advice (an LGBTQ financial adviser whom we’ve never met). Wamsley wouldn’t make eye contact and treated us as imbecilic, contagious children. As we were walking out he finally had the wherewithal to ask what we do for a living. Well Brent, you had a healthcare executive and an attorney with a multi-million dollar estate sitting in front of you and we will never hire you to represent our interests. TO MY BROTHERS, SISTERS, AND ALL OTHERS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF OUR ALLIES TO THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY STEER CLEAR OF THIS LAW FIRM!

Switch and bait, classical thief. After being paid started asking for more money. When told NO, acted like brat. Brent will tell you he did not do this or that, he has family, kids, vacations. He was paid in full and just stole money, never did anything for the case. Sent me documents before filing with situations that were not applicable to me. I had to re read and proof his documents before filing. 2 times I had to tell him that I pay him and I do not want to listen how many days he was on vacation. If you want to deal with thief, dishonesty, bait and switch, liar this is person for you. Whamsley are thieves.
