Some important stuff was left out of our bankruptcy filing. She had someone else doing the work but then that person left and our case was not completely ready at the time we appeared before the judge. So we came across as slightly foolish or incompetent. One of the company we needed to be added to our case was left out and we ended up having to deal with them privately...
She was VERY slow in answering my questions, phone calls, and email. Her staff was not knowledgable. She took 4 months to file my bankruptcy the first time as chapter 13. I had to submit my financial documents several times because her staff lost them. I had to convert it to chapter 7. She took 5 months to file for the conversion. She did not perform her duties in a timely manner. I was really disgusted with her.
