Hired Attorney Mr. Joseph Nemelka

Words cant describe how thankful my family and I are to have Joseph to be our attorney. Joseph has been my attorney for a awhile and has helped me get through tough situation with custody of my daughter. Joe is very understanding and will help guide you in the right direction. Joe is amazing, you wont go wrong! Im very blessed to have and amazing lawyer to stick by my side when situations get tough.

Hired Attorney Mr. Joseph Nemelka

When I needed to submit an OSC against my ex-wife for denying me custody to my children. Hiring Joe was the biggest mistake I ever made. Since then, I've come to know many attorneys, both good and bad, and he is the worst attorney I've ever met in my life -- and one of the worst people I've ever met. He is the reason there are lawyer jokes.{para}Without question, I would have been better off going pro se an trying to handle the case myself. He literally took my money and did nothing on my case.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
