Hired Attorney Mr. Jeffrey Howe

When I first met with him regarding my parent plan modification he had a great well thought out plan to help me grain full custody. I had the evidence to support my case and the day of court he never looked at any of my paper work I gave him a month prior to our court date. I sent him copies of documents that he requested and he never looked at them. He stated he didn't get around to it. I had another court date the I never knew about until 2 days prior. He was a horrible waste of $1500.

Hired Law Firm

The law firm he works for is extremely lazy. I would call his office several times asking when and where paper work would be mailed to me. I must of given my address to his paralegal and partner a dozen times and every time I called they never got around to it and needed my address again. When I would call to speak with Mr. Howe this paralegal would tell me he can't talk to you right now. That he'll call me back. Which 3 out of 5 times never happened.
