Ms. Flanders was professional in all her work for us. She also went the extra mile and was calming to me since I was scared and humiliated. She was always there for either of us.
Ms. Flanders has not only been an invaluable savior in my divorce case, but has always been honest with me. If there were things that I wanted in the divorce that were either unreasonable or unattainable, she was honest with me. Most attorneys will just take your money and run knowing they will lose. She has been an umbrella of strength. She is well put together and sweet, but a bulldog in the court room.
Ms Flanders has been nothing but amazing during my three year long divorce. I hired Brenda too look after my interests and help me in a divorce. instead she played around and did not keep her promises she made. After i hired her it took her 5 months to serve the original summons. I gave her a 2000$ retainer. When i fired her for her lack of work she continued to bill me. I ended up paying another 2000$ AFTER she was fired!
If you look up Brenda L Flanders in the Utah BAR association web site she was reprimanded for virtually the same thing.
