David R. Nielson is a founding member of the firm. His practice centers on commercial litigation, construction law, liens, and collections. He is experienced in civil trials, appeals, mediation and arbitration covering a broad spectrum of issues.
Mr. Nielson represents a variety of companies, both large and small, including construction supply companies, equipment rental companies, fabrication companies, contractors, and subcontractors, among others.
Prior to the formation of the firm, Mr. Nielson was a trial attorney for the Salt Lake City law firm of Strong & Hanni, P.C. and was a shareholder in that firm.
