Mr. Helsten has served local, regional and national clients in general corporate and business matters, including development, acquisition, CMBS securitized financing, bridge financing, construction financing and permanent financing of hundreds of multifamily and commercial real estate projects during his 30-year career. Mr. Helsten also has assisted clients with commercial leasing (landlord and tenant), HUD multifamily and senior housing facility loans and programs. He represents fast food restaurant franchisees with locations in seven states in all aspects of acquisition, development, operations and management. Mr. Helsten represents a US flag carrier airline in its management, corporate operations, business development, financing and fleet management. He also has a broad range of litigation experience in state and federal courts of Utah and Nevada, having successfully briefed and argued cases before the Utah Supreme Court, the Nevada Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Utah Court of Appeals.
