Would never recommend Ben Grindstaff. Initially he outlined what he would do for our case. He “talked the talk”, but did not “walk the talk”. He was extremely slow to respond to phone calls and e-mails, often taking three or four weeks to respond and only then after follow-up calls. He talked a big show and “had a plan”, but never delivered. When asked what was happening or why something had not been done, he always had an excuse. I figure his lack of performance cost me a significant amount of money, not including the cost to hire another attorney.
Unfortunately Ben has displayed a major lack of communication, honesty, neglect, and scope of representation! Ben promised us the world and delivered nothing! He took our money wrote one very inaccurate letter to the defendant, never fixed it and became impossible to contact! He doesn’t return calls, text, or emails. He misrepresented us because of his lack of knowledge on our case. The humility alone was terrifying! The defendant came to us stating he will not return her attorneys calls or email either. If your looking for an honest hardworking Great communicator and good attorney Ben is NOT the one! Save your money because he takes it and disappears! We want a refund! He knows our struggling situation and not once has he done anything to help our case! The BAR and BBB need to know about his dishonesty fraud and misrepresenting honest people in the world!
