I'm a beneficiary in my grandpa's estate. The executor chose this law firm. The case has been with Schmerberg Law since Nov 2015. Granted the accounting was a mess but when I ask for updates I don't get a response unless he need information from me.

Worst experience ever with a law firm. Sent out Notice to tenant with incorrect address not once but twice. Was charged for calling and telling them they screwed up. Horrible! Ended in court where I finally got credited for their discrepancies.

We sued this client because he refused to pay his bill, and obtained a judgment in our favor after trial. We presume that this result has produced this review.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
