She was there for us when we were afraid for our granddaughter's well-being and safety and she fought for us in her quiet but stern manner and was able to bring out the lies and ugly demeanor of our granddaughter's father and was able to retain full custody to our daughter, whom both her and our grandchild live with us. I am so thankful everyday to not have to worry about our granddaughter's safety because of him. We will definitely seek her representation again if needed! Thank you, Ellen!

Ms. Weinman is all business and rather "old school" in her approaches but she is an expert in family law. She helped our family tremendously. Don't let her outdated office deter you from using her services. She is much more than you might expect.

Very compassionate and understanding.

Ms. Weinman failed to file violations of a court order as well as violations of protective order. She was non-responsive to my concerns and her negligence endangered the well being and life of my child.

Ms. Weinman acted like my mother during my divorce and custody proceedings. I wasted a lot of time and money on this horrible woman. After I paid her bill in full she sent me another one for $1,000. If you want a lot of bills and a second mother, hire this b****
