Does not provide sufficient information in a timely manner which would help in making informed decisions about your case. He will tell you he will charge you one amount, and then charge you more when it is all said and done.
Watch out. He will tell you in settlement documents and correspondence one thing, and then take more money than he said he would all along. Little you can do about it but complain to the State Board after it is all said and done.
His negotiation skills are not up to par at all- he went into a mediation with me unprepared. He doesn't inform you as to what is going on in your case. Fails to provide copies of documents to you. You find out what he is up to way after the fact. Hire someone else.
