After facing serious charges from two duii’s dating back 9 years ago I decided to hire John and Spencer to help reduce the charges to a manageable outcome. They were able to successfully get the first one in Marion county dismissed due to law enforcement not providing enough evidence then after finding that if charged with the second one (being I have two previous convictions from 3 years ago) this would be a lifetime suspension of my driver’s license. Over the period of 1.5 years of fight with the state to get this dismissed as well Spencer was able to find cause to dismiss fought this in court and successfully won the case and all charges were dismissed! This was a long stressful situation for me and Paul, John, Spencer as well as their staff made me feel very confident that at some point the harsh consequences I was facing would come out ok.
