Successfully helped a family member with their legal problems (kept them out of jail), however we were billed for every single minute of any kind of communication with this company, and the price was very high. Maybe this is typical of all lawyers (this was my first time hiring an attorney), however it still seemed somewhat unreasonable to be billed a large sum of money for even a 30 second phone conversation.
