I required Marsha's service for a challenging divorce case involving the possibility of a trial. Marsha is an experienced trial lawyer and I found her to be intensely focused on preparation on both applicable laws and how best to apply evidence. While in the court room she executed her strategy flawlessly and my success was literally assured. My X-wife changed counsel three times in order to try to create an effective defense, but Marsha was just too powerful in the court room. I feel that I will forever be obligated to her because of the intensity she applied in her efforts. I will go on to say that had we lost, I would feel that we absolutely gave it our best effort and have no regrets. But it was obvious from the beginning that the combination of an intelligent strategy delivered with intense execution proved to be too powerful for three different lawyers to combat.
Marsha was a god-send to my daughter during her divorce proceedings. She dug deep, was always available, always had a positive attitude, and made life bearable during the very long trial.
