Mrs. Harris impressed me from my first call to her. She seemed to grasp my condensed info immediately. She told me her thoughts as to why my insurance was stalling and putting me through such unnecessary interrogation. She quoted me her rates and told me info she needed from me. I had that info sent to her by my insurance agent. I did not contact her for a week or so. I had confidence in her to the point that I did not need to know what progress was being made. I may have talked to her twice, got one invoice, and then a call from her telling me that my insurance company wanted to settle! She advised me on the amount we should offer and added addendums to the contract benefitting me that I had not t thought of. My case settled in less than a month for the amount I contracted for. Mrs Harris is assertive, knowledgeable, and personable. I totally trusted her from the start.
