She was most helpful! My mom has alzheimer and we needed to set up a trust account, new will, power of attorney and medical power of attorney. Carol actually came to my house as my mom lives with me and explained everything to my mom and had her sign the papers instead of taking my mom out to an unfamiliar environment.

I took my Mom to Carol Thomas for my Mom approx. 2010. She explained things in detail. She did everything we asked of her, then told me to call her the day Mom passed away. Several years later, when Mom passed, I called her that day and she advised me to come to the office and pick up a document and file it with, I believe, the county clerk. It was seamless. I was able to immediately settle my Mom's estate with no problems. Even with less than cooperative siblings. My husband and I are now preparing to have her handle our estate in the next few months.
