Tamara Wiesebron represents clients in consumer product defense and commercial litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings. Her practice focuses on the defense of environmental consumer claims involving California’s unique Proposition 65, consumer false advertising class actions, and product liability cases.
Tamara manages cases from initial demand letters through trial, developing case strategy, preparing witnesses, conducting depositions, and drafting and arguing motions, including demurrers, discovery motions, class certification oppositions and summary judgment motions. She has tried cases in federal court as well as through arbitration, and had defended class actions through dispositive motion practice.
