We offer expertise in the defense of administrative enforcement actions by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Fair Employment & Housing, California Labor Commissioner, Labor Welfare Development Agency, Federal and Cal-OSHA and the U.S. Department of Labor. We have defended many cases filed as putative class actions, defeating certification in most. We counsel our clients with respect to their employment needs, developing strategies to prevent litigation and in the area of union-avoidance.
