Just didn't explain things very well. Used too many legal terms on a regular basis. Talks too fast over the phone to digest what he was saying. He was very polite and kind. I heard "that's just the way it is" so many times and I don't believe my expectations were unreasonable. I'm sure the Board of Registered Nursing has unfair practices such as in many states. I learned through others that this is true. Just didn't feel defended.
