This is a family owned and operated law firm. They are all very personable and highly competent in the trust & estate area. I wouldn't go to anyone else for this.My husband and I established a trust for our house,being that he had two grown children from a previous marriage,and I had a grown child from a previous marriage. The attorney we spoke to was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything about the trust before going ahead with it.

I would like anyone who is considering working with this woman to know about my experience with her. If there is any doubt in my credibility here, google the words “Court Finds Abuse Claims Baseless but a Mom Still Can’t See her Son,” and read the Seven Days article by Ken Picard about her work, published in 2016 when my son was 11. Fast forward to now: my adult son is estranged from me because he believes I went to jail for serially sexually assaulting him, when really it was this woman keeping us apart, (even though she knew the accusations were completely fabricated). Several law enforcement agencies, including Homeland Security, a Special Investigations Unit, and the FBI, had investigated these assault claims, and found them all to be 100% FALSE.
